They are a protected unit, which means companies with over 50 employees can purchase services based on the disability fund. Costs are 100% deductible from the disability fund, and they distribute 90% of profits to an NGO that fights for the education of blind children. They also help create accessible spaces for all customers, including future mothers, elderly people, and parents with small children.
