Our generation wants to help. But many either do not know how, cannot afford to take an unpaid internship, or have difficulties proving their deeds in an honest and credible manner. Do It Yourself-Sustainable Development Initiatives (DIY-SDI) is a platform that matches individuals with opportunities, projects, and institutions that have a track record for contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each opportunity varies from length to responsibility to internationality to remuneration. Projects offer the possibility to learn something new, expand one’s skills, and make an impact in society. Participants are awarded a diploma after completing a set of initiatives.
