Ana Amrein Esnaola is a seeder of solutions that mobilize systemic changes for people and the planet. She firmly believes that empathy, positive thinking and collective action are the engine to regenerate our mindsets and heartsets. That is why she dedicates her life to creating projects that help us embrace diversity. Her strength and passion is social innovation: She co-founded Rooral and Efecto Colibrí (the hummingbird effect in Spanish). She currently leads Efecto Colibrí, creating new narratives through podcast production and distribution that promote a just, inclusive and regenerative reality. Ana loves to travel, nature and people. She is half Swiss / half Spanish and has lived and worked in Germany, Spain, Vietnam, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Argentina, Mexico. She studied a Master in International Affairs with a focus on social impact projects, went through an entrepreneurship bootcamp, social entrepreneurship accelerations and is passionate about philosophy, astrology and the human brain.
